These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Denticode’s Services. By using Denticode, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into binding agreements on behalf of your dental practice or organization.

2. Account Registration
  • You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the Services or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content.
  • Use Denticode to generate fraudulent claims or documentation.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
  • Access to certain features requires a paid subscription.
  • Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
5. Intellectual Property
  • Denticode owns all rights, titles, and interests in the Services, including software, AI models, and branding.
  • You retain ownership of your clinical data but grant us a limited license to use it solely to provide the Services.
6. HIPAA & Compliance
  • Denticode provides tools to support compliance but does not replace your professional responsibility to ensure accurate documentation and billing.
  • You remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated notes and CDT code recommendations.
7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.

8. Disclaimers
  • The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
  • Denticode does not provide medical or legal advice.
  • AI-generated outputs are recommendations and must be reviewed by licensed professionals.
9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denticode shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
