She kicked off her career as a customer service whiz for Metlife Dental in Utica, NY, before diving headfirst into the heart of dental practices in New Jersey. From managing multi-location practices to helping build a brand-new one from scratch, Colleen spent 21 thrilling years as a practice management powerhouse. In 2021, she shifted gears into full-time consulting and speaking, becoming the go-to guru for cracking the code on dental insurance and revenue cycle management. Think of her as a dental office’s secret weapon for streamlining systems and tackling accounts receivable like a pro. Colleen’s dynamic energy lights up national conferences, study groups, podcasts, and webinars, where she shares her wisdom with flair. Her book, A Mouthful of Insurance, launched in July 2024, is already a hit, and her articles are regular features in top dental trade magazines. Named one of the TOP 25 Women in Dentistry by Dental Products Report in 2017, Colleen added “Insurance Guru” at Front Office Rocks to her impressive resume in 2018, where she also offered online courses to help practices thrive.
